Notre engagement envers nos clients et leurs compagnons à quatre pattes :

Depuis de nombreuses années, notre famille accueille avec joie les animaux, tout en veillant au respect de l'hygiène pour garantir le confort de tous nos clients. Pour la petite histoire, la tortue de mon arrière-grand-mère a passé près de 80 ans au Provençal, devenant ainsi notre cliente la plus fidèle !

Air Conditioning / Heating set to a maximum of 22° and a minimum of 22°.

We systematically recycle plastic and cardboard waste, and we use environmentally friendly household products, such as white vinegar.

We also recycle paper at the reception and send your invoices via email upon request.

We encourage guests to sort their waste by providing them with recycling bins.

We avoid packaging as much as possible.

We have implemented an air conditioning and heating system with a heat pump system. The hotel’s air conditioning is set to 22 degrees to help preserve our planet. We ask guests to close the windows when using the air conditioning and to turn it off before leaving.

We have installed a water pressure reducer.

Our hotel is equipped with low-energy LED lighting in common areas, and we are gradually replacing the lighting in the rooms.

In the rooms, we encourage guests to participate in this respect:

Towels
Towels hung up = "I will reuse them"
A towel on the floor means: "Please replace it"
We change them every 3 days and upon request. -
Bedsheets
We change them every 3 days and upon request. -
Lighting
We encourage guests to turn off the lights whenever they leave a room and not to leave chargers or other devices plugged in unnecessarily. -
The Green Bonus
If guests hang the green ribbon on their door, we will not clean their room, and thus they will contribute to our commitment to the planet. -
Water
We advocate for the responsible use of water, by only letting it run when we are using it.
Transportation :
We encourage you to take low gas emission means of transport for your arrival such as train, electric cars, carpooling.
You have at your disposal public transport, such as the train and buses, the possibility of renting electric bicycles, or electric cars.
Do not hesitate to ask at the reception.
Walking remains the most ecological and pleasant way for short distances and to enjoy Villefranche-sur-mer!
Accessibility :
Our hotel remains difficult to access by the small sidewalks around the hotel and the very steep slopes, dangerous for people in wheelchairs.
However, for people with reduced mobility, we have an adapted room.
We also have portable induction loops available and improved accessibility
